INDIVIDUAL OUTPLACEMENT
Organisations choose individual outplacement so that they and management or
other employees can part fairly and with the least possible conflict.
Peter Lind works with redundant employees until they have found a new occupation
which suits them and until they are well established in this new occupation.
This means that Peter Lind stays with his clients until they have successfully
completed their trial period or have been self-employed for 6 months.
The benefits for the organisation are:
- People are laid off with the least possible conflict
- Long and expensive legal disputes are avoided
- A positive effect on the atmosphere within the organisation and on its image
- Faster realisation of organisational change
The benefits for the employee are:
- Support during a period of personally difficult radical change
- Rapid orientation and recovery of perspective and structure to achieve new personal goals
- Understanding the job loss as an opportunity to make a new career in a new area
- Thorough analysis of qualities, skills, inclinations and visions to define and find the right new occupation/job
- Help and advice with the drawing up of job applications, marketing strategies or campaigns, plus interview training
- Well appointed, personal space to work within the Peter Lind premises
