COACHING
Coaching is a process which helps people to develop their skills in the best
possible way. The strengths of each individual are emphasised. Inner
resistance and difficulties can be overcome with the help of coaching. Hidden
reasons for resistance can be identified.
Coaching aims to develop new ways of thinking and behaving and does not deal
with solving past conflicts.
Organisations use coaching in two different ways:
- Firstly as a fringe benefit for top performers to reflect on themselves, their performance or to develop their creativity and other skills
- Secondly to deal with weaknesses in management or leadership style
Normally coaching takes place in the office of Peter Lind, however, we can also
deliver coaching in your office. We can refer to years of experience in these
ways.
